Paranoid Hallucinations

SWIMS sister is looking outside right now saying people are after her. We stood there and watched with her and noone was there. She swears there's people out to get her. She says she only takes Adderall but it sounds like Meth to me. Is it possible that just Adderall and possibly no sleep for days can cause this? She is out of her mind, looking in neighbors yards saying there's people there. What is she on?
