Can long term use of Ketamine lead to hair loss ?

Sorry for SWIM's bad grammar, he is french from canada.

SWIM has been using ketamine in powder for over 3 years now, but since 8 month, he has been doing it almost everyday. And he has noticed that in the last 8 months, he has lost a lot of hair, specially in the front and in the back.

Can ketamine could be the problem ?

If so, if SWIM stops using it, will the hair will grow back ?
