EMCDDA 2006 Report Out Today

The 11th annual report, The State of the Drugs Problem in Europe, of the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction was published today. Not really had a chance to look at it myself yet, but I'm sure there will be some interesting reading in there.
