hrmm.. is it the water (cwe related)

so for swims normal cwe method he would use ordinary tap water. However with the recent mudslides officials have notified citizens to the compromised water systems therefor making it unsafe for consumption. So yesterday swim used bottled water for the first time ever for a cwe and he swears the high was much stromger (very reminiscent of years ago when swim first started playin with opiates) much more uephoric as opposed to the lame buzz swim has been getting from codeine for the past couple years. So swims question is could the possible impurities (ie./ heavy chlorine levels maybe?) have an effect on the outcome of a cwe? Swim really doesn't think it's a placebo effect because he was not expecting anything different than his usual subdued buzz but got a nice surprise.
