What feelings to expect?

I have read literally 10s of trip experiences on the internet, including those featured on erowid.com and here at drugs-forum.com, but I have yet to discover someone explain the physical changes that he/she experiences. What kind of feelings will my body have during or after smoking this herb? Will I get a brain-splitting headache? Will I feel numb all over? How will my throat/lungs feel? How long will these effects last (if any)? -Be aware that I have never smoked a single cigarrette in my life, let alone inhaled a lot of smoke at one time. Thank you in advance for your answers.
