Combinations - LSD and Mushrooms

I hope this is the right place to post swim's trip report.

Swim was at a nice party at one of his friends house. There were a lot of different drugs there. Swim never took lsd before and decided to take one dose at 20:15. I expected it to be really heavy. Two other people tried lsd for the first time there. Most others took mushrooms.

After 2 hours the effects were noticable. Swim felt a little confused, and his body felt warm, but swim didn't have any visuals. An hour later the effects looked like a very mild mushroom trip.

Swim goes to the night shop to buy lighters, this was a little strange but it went all right.

After 4 hours, the effects were still mild. There were subtle changes in colors, and sometimes everything seemed to move a little. There were very mild CEV's, but much less as expected. Halve an hour later swim took a dose of mexican mushrooms. Something later he walks to the garden.

After 5 hours, swim is in the garden and the lsd and mushrooms seem to peak at the same time. Swim had heavy open eye visuals, all the trees seemed like faces or creatures. Swim was a disoriented but felt great. The grass formed moving and very beatiful patterns and swim saw colorfull forms like in CEV's, but with his eyes open. This was the most intens part of the trip. After walking trough the garden and smoking a bit of weed, swim goes back into the house.

When swim is inside again the open eye visuals are less strong, maybe swim likes it better outside . Swim is getting tired and lays down, but still has very detailed and rather intense CEV's untill around 5 o clock (+ 8:45). After that swim was able to eat something and still had mild CEV's. He felt asleep about 11-12 hours after taking the lsd.

The morning after swim was still a little confused, but that might be because he only slept for around 3 hours.

Conclusion: Swim thinks lsd is very fun, but overrated. The trip wasn't as strong as expected. The upcoming and trip in general take really, really long. One of the other people who tried lsd also combined it with mushrooms, the other one didn't take anything but the lsd. Both found the trip not as strong as expected but were really happy with it.

edit: In the meantime swim met lsd a few times and he can say that this (probably) wasn't lsd. Lsd isn't overrated :P it's swims favorite drug now.

swim wouldnt say lsd is overrated haha. maybe it was a small dose and swiy required more to really experience it? its kinda like taking 2 grams of shrooms and saying shrooms are overrated compared to 5 grams.

Nice trip report, but SWIM agrees, LSD is not overrated. LSD blotter potency has been declining so 1 blotter is not normally enough to "do the trick." Generally, 100ug is considered a good dose so if you take a blotter with 50ug, you might think LSD is overrated.

Take some stronger shit next time or take more blotter, and then come back and tell us lsd is overrated

That does not sound like LSD. LSD starts to come up at around the 30 minute mark.

15 minutes if a large (100ucg +) dose. I was thinking the same thing. Sounds much more like a DOx molecule was at play. They are less expensive to synthesize - and becoming more prevalent in various regions.

If it is even slightly likely that one has a DOx, taking a second dose (leave alone a third or...) could easily have VERY nasty consequences to the victim. YES - VICTIM. Victim of a shithead who mislabled their wares for a fast euro, dollar, pound.

Could SWIchAos provide a description of what the item looked like? Sounds like DOI or DOC. Next time - SWIM should stick with the 'shrooms. if in doubt (assuming they have been correctly identified).

SWIM agrees. That sounds like a DOx substance. DOx substances can be fun, but only when they are intentionally ingested. No one is happy when they want LSD then it take two hours to begin feeling any effects.

Good LSD will hit SWIY within thirty minutes. SWIY will think "something is amiss here... " and BOOM!

The substance was on a paper with some kind of plastic coating from about 1 cm². Swim and another person who tried lsd there felt that it was somewhat heavy on the stomach. The paper had some strange (chemical?) taste.

Yes, I am positive that was not LSD then. LSD has no taste, and if you do taste chemicals, it is most definitely an RC. Probably DOI or DOC like Nag said.

Don't let swiy buy from that person again, unless you want to trip DOI.
