New Study Linking Ritalin to Brain Tumors

SWIM's G/F works in clinical research and a new study was just released. In this study (and SWIM will have to find out more information on where it can be found) there was shown a DIRECT link between high doses of Ritalin and brain tumors. SWIM does not know the exact details as he has not read the report....but SWIM's G/F said that this report shows that Ritalin in high doses (it was a 5yr study) raises the risk significantly, and can actually cause, non-cancerous brain tumors...which is not good as SWIM was prescribed (and heavily abused) Ritalin for almost 10 years. SWIM does not know any more about this, his G/F just told him about this study yesterday.

Has anyone else heard anything about this? SWIM will look and find out more details if anyone is interested.
