Cigarettes and Crack more alike than you thought?

Alright, wasnt sure if this should be here or in funny shit... depending on the responses i guess.

Swim has never done crack but from a outsider's view one can draw comparisons between the two.
1. both short acting stimulants, obviously one is far stronger.
2. Both highly addictive, one purely mental swim has heard (crack)
3. Both make enormous amounts of money for the dealers, be it Philip morris or crack cook/dealer.
4. Both though not extremely expensive can easily deplete your funds in a matter of time, smoking packs a day, smoking rocks round the clock.

Any ideas?
swim thought of this thread as a joke but realized that there are some legit similarities... and swim is sure that if coke was legal, Philip morris and rj Reynolds would corner the market!
