4th and 5th constitutional rights

Drug testing with no grounds for it is a violation of constitutional rights. There for anyone (employer or police) who tries to force someone to do this with no proof of or reason, this person should be able to stand up for the rights given by the constitution. If more people would do this, then it can and should be changed. If not but to defend the rights that were given by the constitution. If we don't start standing up for these rights, we will wake up one day and the rights will not bethere and we have only ourselves to blame. I think we need to dolike as many of our Black americans have done with a million man march, except this time include allmiddle class AMERICANS that really want to change things and take back a way of life thatbelongs to every hard-working person in this country. Elections will not do this, because if they would have it should have happened before now. This is the onlyway that will work and no change will happen until this is done!!!
