ive seen some ppl ask on here whether or not the offense will go on their record or not or what the final outcome will be ..


the answer is that the outcome of every caseis usually different


it depends on who your lawyer is, who he knows, who the prosecution, who the judge is (jury, if one is present), and the moods of everyone on the days they work your case .. and also the idealogies/values of everyone involved


most of the time you wont have to worry whether your lawyer thinks your scum or not but you will hafta worry bout everyone else not on your side .. if theyre kid was killed by a drunk driver and youre in for DUI, be afraid .. etc and etc
