Experiences - Odd LSD - Anyone experienced something similar?

A fictional account from a friend who seems to just constantly bother me about posting drug-related questions in a help and safety forum.

Recently I acquired some blotter with lots of "cut here" lines on it. Each line changed color every time it hit an intersection and while there was a pattern it was still interesting. Anyhow.

I dosed what a friend (who has access to medical grade scales) tells me should average out at around 180ug. No odd taste or anything peculiar from the get go. Come-up lasted the same, the duration was as long as expected, but a few things were funny.

Before I go into more detail I'll give you informational stuffs. I last dosed Two weeks ago. Unmeasured (by me) amount, on two squares of blotter paper. Went just as well as every other decent trip I've had since the late sixties. I acquired it from the same guy I have been for a good decade now, so I doubt he came across a bad batch.

Onto the problems. I noticed a very relaxed feeling, in that I didn't want to do much of anything. The same stomach conditions existed (a light snack - banana or other fruit and some water for company) down there, just like I've been doing for years. But I felt sedated. I noticed no difference in body load and this was in no way comparable to any "unclean" feeling trips I have had.

Another thing that shocked me was that my hallucinations were incredibly mild. This was not disappointing but just surprising, as usually I have very extreme visuals.

The intensity of the trip and the mindfuck was still there like always, but it seemed like I had a rough comedown. This has never, not even once happened to me with LSD.

So my question is, what do you think I was doing wrong that could possibly contribute most to this odd experience? I smoked a healthy amount of salvia (if one exists) a few months ago, but besides that, I have stuck to marijuana and LSD. I can think of absolutely no strange circumstances and I was in the same mood I always trip in - happy and very satisfied from start to finish.

If you have any questions please ask, I want to get to the bottom of this.

Also, if you can relate to any personal experiences of a friend (wonderful) please do, and try to... ask this friend what they thought was the problem.

I highly doubt anything besides LSD. Perhaps a certain imbalance of any specific stereoisomers of the LSD or an odd batch in general? Three friends say that this is just like all the rest, so I assume this could be a physical condition of my own?
