14 hour opiate hangover/low

Well I had a bunch of

Tylenol

3s lying around from a prescription i got a while back, so i

grounded

a few up snorted them [added up to 120 mg. This is my first recreational time with opiates and felt great for a while, then i started to come down. I went to sleep woke up and really felt like shit, worse hangover

Ive

probably

ever had. Then it took 14 hours from

beginning

to come down until i felt normal again. Is this normal, or is it something to do with the acewhateverthefuck. Sorry for pissingyou guys off with my ignorant 15 year old questions.

PS I've also heard people talk about extracting the codiene, can somebody point me in the right direction on this.
