As Gbaby said, defiantly get some food and water in yourself. It never fails to amaze me how much even a small meal and a glass of water helps the comedown
. Even though the just the thought of food can seem awful, its defiantly worth the effort.
Ive never tried doing exercise to ease an amphetamine
comedown, but if you do, you should regularly be monitoring your heart rate, amphetamines and physical stress is never a good combination.
if you want to make the effects last longer, try eating a little bit of baking soda (i usually just use a gelcap full) an hour before taking the pill. This should help more of the amphetamine absorb into your body.
