Erowid has an article recording Percentages of LSA per weight in Morning Glorys & Hawaiian Baby Woodrose. Erowid says that MGs at .02% LSA(Pearly Gates) & HBWR has .04% LSA per weight. LSA has psychoactive dose at .5mg-5mg. Some seeds are dosed in grams & some are dosed in seeds. Morning Glorys are about 1/13 the potentency of Hawaiian Baby Woodrose. A microgram is a hundredth of a millagram which is .01mg or .00001 grams

I. Violacea(Pearly Gates, Morning Glory) has approximently .75 micrograms per seed & approximently 25-26 seeds per gram. A gram of MG has roughly 19 micrograms 250 seeds are approx. 2mg which is a common dose for a psychedelic effect. A strong dose would consist of 400(15g)-525 seeds or approx. 3mg-4mg.

A. Nervosa(Hawaiian Baby Woodrose, Hawaiian strain) has approx. 20-25 micrograms per seed & approx. 35-40 micrograms per gram. A 2mg dose would consist of 8-10 seeds or 5-6 grams. 13-20 seeds(8-12g) is a strong dose of LSA containing 3-4mg.

These strains are more potent than others I. Violcea has other strains in particular Heavenly Gates has generally half the LSA content of Pearly Gates & the Indian strain of A. Nervosa(Hawaiian Baby Woodrose) contains approx. 8-15 micrograms per seed.
