problem with snorting..

Ok,

SWIM has snorted E (or what was supposed to be E) pills three times in his life. Each time he did it, he felt NO effects... would swallow them for a while then give it another shot just in case maybe it was just a bunk pill... again, no effects. He tried it a third time the other night... no effects?

SWIM's question: Is it possible that snorting would not have an effect on some users? Really buggin SWIM. anyone know? Appreciate it, would love to know!
