majave is an unknown quantity at this point

i just ordered a half pound of kava kava pure ground root. it is high quality from iamshaman.com and i was wondering if anybody either knows how to or has had any luck with making an extract from the raw materials? i am hoping to maybe make up some capsules and sell them to my friends... and that wouldnt work unless it was an extract obviously
