I just saw on Television late last night on a show called "Mythbusters" that everyone can test positive for Opiates from eating Poppyseed cake and Poppyseed bagels. Apperentlly there have been a few law suits put against the bagel and cake companies because people's lives a ruined by this, and they have won them. You can test positive anywhere from 30min after eating up to 8hours.
