Oral use - Preparing Kratom extract 30x

I have 1gram of kratom extract 30x, and i want to make a tea.. My question is, do i have to put all the gram to fell the effects, or can i put half a gram?
What do you recommend? It would be the first time i try Kratom

These X extracts are mostly useless. If you have no tollerence to kratom or opiates in general then you might feel something from the 1 gram.

I would recomend you either put it into your mouth and help it down with a mouthful of water or mix it into a small amount of water and drink it.

Make sure to do it on an empty stomach and please dont waste your time with headshop products like this. If you want to experience kratom then your best bet is to buy regular leaf/powder from a vendor that sells nothing but kratom.

Headshops and internet sites that sell 'legal highs' are notorious for selling porr quality, or bunk kratom. But more seriously they sell it in such a way that it is damaging to the reputation of kratom.

I have bought it in an ethnobotanical site, it sells only plants and seeds. And i have read a good rep for this extract.

Yep, take the gram.
Where did you read the report, on the vendors site?

Id still recomend you stick to a vendor that sells only kratom.
While there are many reputable vendors selling ethnos, i dont know many who carry any 'X' extracts.

The 30X you have should not be confused with being 30 times as strong.
It means that (or is supposed to mean) 30 grams of leaf were used to make 1 gram of extract.

Regardless of what they mark it as, 15X 20X 30X, they tend to be at best about 4 times as strong as plain leaf.

If your not comfortable taking the gram then just take half, its up to you.
On an empty stomach you should feel it within 15 minutes.

Well im sure you realise that the owner of the site (the vendor) could put up as many glowing reviews as they want, written by themselves. Self praise is no praise, as they say.

You can take half if you want, you can take the entire gram if you want.
I still recomend taking it all, on an empty stomach.
You might even feel something, if you are lucky
