i dont know what you mean, your penis has white spots on the underside of it, they appeared only after your mega jack session? perhaps they could be little hair follicles that were agitated, if they dont get better in a little while get it checked out.
in the mean time do not masturbate, do not have sex, and if you can do not use more meth. if you use meth it will kill the pain and make you forget about how injured you are, and this could really harm your penis.
The doctor will be there to treat you first, and not ask questions. Very likely he won't want to know. What you don't want is a nice case of sepsis(infection) going on down there, because then you will have a choice of going to a hospital or dying.
My recommendation is to go see a doctor. In the mean time, apply some Neosporin or other such oil-based anti-bacterial. It'll keep it lubed up, where at least the friction won't annoy you so much, while hopefully preventing infection.
K, Alice seriously had to google "frenulum" because she didn't understand how someone could tear it, lol. In her defense though, she's never experienced an uncircumcised penis before - so she was in the correct area, but just didn't see how it could be torn, based on her travels. Ouchy.
