I've just been accepted into a 3 month apprenticeship program which basically requires you to cram a years worth of learning material in 3 months. It's going to be very difficult and require a lot of focus and retaining information so I want my brain at its peak performance. I'm really hoping that some supplements will aid me along. I've already created a light stack which I recently started but I'm looking for some advice on perhaps some better supplements to add or remove from it, as well as proper doses. Here's what I have so far:
Piracetam - 2 grams 2x daily
Choline citrate - 500mg 2x daily
True Focus V caps(NOW) - 2 caps daily
Omega fish oil caps - 1 highly concentrated cap daily
Basic multi V - 1 cap daily
On a side note, I have anxiety issues so I stay away from any supplements that have
stimulants in them.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure there are plenty of people on this forum who know a great deal about
nootropics and brain enhancing
drugs and I'm hoping for some insight from you.
