cold1 is an unknown quantity at this point

I have a drug test Mon. at my Methadone clinic and I have been using ice Fri. and Sat.. I only use this on weekends. Is there anything I can do to keep the methamphetamine from showing up on this urine test? I just found out 2 hrs ago that I am going to be tested Monday.Can I sweat the cold stuff out or flush it out with water. I really need to pass this one, any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! I have my e-mail hidden because I am using my Mom's computer.Thanks again!
