I have searched and searched the web for "47643n dot drug panel" Can anyone please tell me what test the code is.

Guess this is relevant and may help you - haven`t found anything else yet. Hopefully someone with more knowledge on the subject can help you further.

The DOT 5 panel drug screen is a screen for five classes of drugs. The test is mandated by the Department of Transportation to be given to employees of commercial driving companies. It has also been called the NIDA 5 and subsequently the SAMHSA 5 panels for the National Institute on Drug Abuse and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, respectively.

Yeah just looks like the standard 5-panel testing with confirmatory analysis if necessary.

Thanks for the answers. I think it is a 5 panel test but I really don’t know for sure. It would be nice to have a vast list of all of the many codes that are out there and of course the meaning of each one.
