hove is an unknown quantity at this point

Anyone know how long this stuff takes to fully kick in. I have a friend who has tried it several times but he just cannot figure out how long it takes for the full effects to kick in. He thinks he feels it within 5 minutes but then it gets stronger and stronger.

how long does it take for you to feel the full effects?
