anyone ever hear of this? someone at another
site*said to e-mail them for a recipe but they never
responded with it but it did spark my interest since i
love a nicotine high but the only way i feel it is*with
dip, and that just plain fucks up your mouth so...

anyone know what i'm talkin about? if so, hows it
