hints and tips for dealing with acute heroin withdrawal

I'm 26 years old andI'mstill on heroin and have been on the shit for 2 years now, I've also got hep-c, so life sux at the moment.

Right now I'm trying to get offtheHandI feel like crap, so I'm wondering if any of you have hints and tips on wethering out this period whereI feel flu like symptoms
