Opinions - Growing khat safe?

(This is the right section right?) Swim was thinking about growing khat, but swim is not sure it's safe. Khat when grown seems to grow pretty big. So Swim does have a good place to plant them, but it is public and since it's a schedule 1 drug some cop could spot it. And Swim does not want that to happen. So is khat something the police might be on the look for?

Hi I'm new to this forum, but a friend of a friend said he is very doubtful any cops would care or even know what khat is. Generally he said they would pass right by and have no idea what it was. Thought this friend's friend lives in a part of minneapolis MN in a high Somali/Ethiopian neighborhood where people would probably recognize it and take that shit. So basically pigs will probably think it's some stupid weed, but it's very possible that if people who grew up around it, recognize it and probably still use it might steal it. The guy says it's best to plant surrounded by a few plants just to camouflage it a bit.
