sleeping pill basics?

What the recreatinal value of these? how are they fun.. ive never herd of people gettin off on sleeping pills... are they anyway related to Xanax?????

Can yall recomend any good brands i could find at teh local grocery store?

And could sumone just sum up the basics a lil?
