Imagine, someone had pure heroin, like 95%. What should he cut it with to avoid "accidental overdosing"? The cut should be injectable. Just imagine he doesnt want to sell it but only needs it for his own use, so the cut doesnt have to be bitter tasting or something. It just should be white and as healthy as possible (how funny ... healthy

).

It should be cut to 50%.

I point out that the above is only theory!!!
