Beltane probably knows what they are talking about.

White powder cocaine left after IV fill

Sometiimes SWIM mixes about 30 units water with .15g Coke, mixes,
draws up and when the liquid is all drawn there's still sometimes
different versions of some white powder left. SWIM thinks either
more water, or some cut that doesn't dissolve in water. Thoughts?
