Hi,

I read on the forum that weighing 2C's with water is possible, if you mix as a minimum 1ml of water with 1mg.

I just would avoid to waste my stuff and be sure that if mix 1dl for approx 15mg it will be ok.

I ask this because handling such quantities of water is easier....

Thanks in advance for your feedback !

Shulgin

I am not sure of the solubilities of the 2-C series in H2O, But if you do try this, I suggest you make sure you are using distilled water. NOT Uncle Ernie's Spring Water - the one with real springs in it - Distilled. Available at most supermarkets and pharmacies/chemists. Chlorinated tap water can disassociate organic chemical molecules in peculiar ways.

Hi nagognog2,

Thanks !

Shit, someone said me that water was OK.

But I will follow you advice. My idea is to freeze the stuff after weighing.

Find out whether you have the 2c-x's in HCL (Salt) or in freebase.
Freebase usually burns extremely in the nose (in case you tried
already) so you know then that it was the freebase. The HCL is pretty
without burning as far as I know.

You shouldn't test them nasaly now, I wrote this, just in case you did it already. If you don't know, ask your source.

Anyway: the salt is water soluble, the freebase not (but in alc for example it is)

Hi Dimitri,

Is it a problemo to weigh with water, even if it is freebase ?

Otherwise, what kind of alcohol should I used : simple vodka or something more sophisticated ?
