Side effects - Carisoprodol (Soma) next day mood swings?

Hello Swim has a script to carisoprodol 325mg 3x day and likes to take them 2 in the evening and 1 more 30-60 min later. Lately swim has been waking up fine and not really drowsy but halfway through the day swim gets really moody and pissy and it is unusall for him to swing like that. Swim thinks it might be the soma. When Swim gets pissy he just wants some opiated to make it all go away!

Swim experimented with Soma (5x 350mg pills) a night less than two months ago. He noticed that sleeping obviously came on quicker and he was more relaxed. However, during the day, swim did notice a change in his mood (could have been caused by swim's depression) on the days that he took soma. Remember that Soma is addictive, so be careful. Try taking a few 5-HTP pills when you get pissy and see if that helps, that's what Swim did until he was put on Prozac and later Ambilify.

Swim tried the soma - didn't help her probs, so she stopped filling the scripts. But the Valume did the same thing for swim at first. Didn't see anything happen while taking them, but after a few days on - come the 1st day off the valume - swim was not a happy camper. Swim felt too jittery and aggitated and cranky.

But it's been so many years now - I guess swims body is use to a here and there deal with the scripts - no more super cranky the day after.
