What works best to fight against the sleep when one takes
Diphenhydramine recreationally? SWIM has tried music, walking,
and caffeine pills.

I use BZP [Illegal in the U.S.A.] but also energy drinks such as V, Red
Bull and Lift Plus should be enough to keep you awake. I find that one
sugarfree V is enough to keep me awake when I take Diphenhydramine.
