is there something you can take the day after so the bad feeling of amphetamine will go away..I hope so

More amphetamines? j/k The best (and really the only) thing I can recommend is drinking lots of water, and take a good multivitamin daily. Make sure that you don't forget about your body's basic needs such as eating and drinking. Remember that for every day you skip the whole sleeping part, your body not only has to make that up somewhere along the way, but is operating less efficient than the day before. The more you let your body get run down WHILE you're tweaking, the worse you'll feel when you finally crash. I have heard of some herbs ect. that are supposed to help with re-regulating dopamine ect. but I can't remember what they are for the life of me. |

Completey agree... NOTHING can act as a substitute for food and sleep.

If you feel bad and need/want to sleep/eat I would say don't try doing more amp as a quick fix cuz you'll feel worst then you do now when you come down from that... Just sleep/eat as soon as you can might take a bit but keep waiting once you can do one of the 2 you should feel better.

![]() Personally i have no shit time on amph, just tired and abit down next day. ive tried taking prozac at them times seeing as cud get em off a family member and it seems to help quite alot. other thing is like the above said, eat plenty(no appetite? weed is the trick) drink plenty of water. |

yes eating is one but sleeping is quite impossible when I'm on speed, somethimes I'm in my bed for houres but nothing helps,I think there's nothing to do on it,it's just speed and it peps you up so sleeping is impossible(for me), on the other way I know people who sleep directly so I think that's from person to person
