Culture - Worthwhile RCs that are stil legal, or quasi-legal in the States?

SWIM was on quite an RC kick right before Web Tryp, and after that has been finding nothing, and when a rogue site willing to sell 2C's etc comes along, he's convinced it is cops or a scam. Does anyone here know, with certianty, what GOOD, QUALITY, USEFUL RC's are still available in the US "legally" (as in legal unless used for consumption etc.) Gone are the days when SWIM could afford to take a year out of his life to rot in jail. SWIM is not asking for sources, just answers, and he is no chemist, so he can't just look at the chemical names and "know" what's not covered by the Anal Log Act. Please assist SWIM if possible. Once he knows a product is legal in the States he should have little trouble tracking down a supplier. Thanks in advance.

If SWIY means legal, there really is no such thing. All research chemicals, even those few not falling under the analog act, are illegal if someone wants them to be. There has been little precedent besides the arrests of vendors during webtryp for people getting charged with analog possession so far. Too much trouble. That said, anything not explicitly scheduled is fair game, but if SWIY is made a precedent or made an example of, any chemical could be construed as an illegal drug analog. Hell, in some states in the US if you sell a fake bag of pot you get charged with possession and traffic of the real thing. The analog act itself is already encompasses most research chemicals, and arguements could be made for those not falling under their guidelines.
Assume a risk always with the acquision, possession and sale of any type of drug.

MDPV... dont know about legality but its got good reviews as far as rec. value.
