Drug info - Anti-Epilepsy Pills Adderall Alternative?

My remote was talking to his friend, S, the other day, and S said he was high on Anti-Epilepsy pills. My remote said "Anti-Epilepsy pills?!", and S said they were like Adderall, but a lot stronger and last longer.

Is this true?
Any more information on it?
If it's true, then what pills might he have been using?

Your remote would have to ask him what pills he was talking about. Being epileptic I've been on a few anti-convulsants and never heard of one with any recreational value.

SWIM highly doubts an epileptic would be prescribed ANY stimulating drug as they increase seizure risk.

Yea SWIM is going to agree with the others here.
As far as SWIM can remember, nearly every anti-seizure med is uncontrolled therefore proven to show little or no potential for abuse.

of course phenobarbital(sp?) can be fairly recreational. thats a possibility. however pheno. is a barbituate, and the high is kinda like being a little bit drunk(w/o puking) and lasts for a while(day/day half).

It's possible that your friend is talking about Xanax or something similar. SWIM thinks this is often proscribed to epilepsy patients and has some recreational value. It is nothing like Adderall or speed, though.
