I have a bunch of a questions involving sex, booze, anti-depressants, and adderall

OK my situation is pretty strange...

(BTW I'm new here and the whole using "SWIM" and "SWIY" is rather annoying for me so I'll just use the good old fashioned first person pronouns)

I have two major problems... One is that I'm almost positive I have ADHD. I have a doctor's appointment coming up and I plan on telling them that I have an extremely hard time concentrating/staying still/etc.. I really need it.

My other main problem is that I have pretty bad premature ejaculation... Completely sober I might last thirty seconds with a blowjob or sex. Yeah. It completely sucks and it really limits me... especially in college. Because of this setback, I told a psychiatrist a few months ago I was depressed so I could get some SSRIs to combat my premature ejaculation. It wasn't a complete lie because I was pretty messed up over a break up with my ex, but I didn't believe I really had depression. I took the meds (Paroxetine, 10 mg) daily for about 3 weeks and then had sex after having about 11 shots of vodka/captain morgan. I had some trouble getting hard, and then I still came too early. I got angry and stopped taking the meds.

Now last week, I decided that perhaps 10 mg was just not enough for a person of my size. I popped three of them (so 30 mg of generic paxil) and then had about 4 shots of vodka. I then hooked up with a girl. I didn't have any trouble getting hard and then realized that I lasted SO much longer.

Now here are my questions.

1.) What's the best explanation for that phenomenom? Is it that I took SOME booze and not too much? Is it because I took more SSRIs? Or is it probably both? I'm seriously not sure what was the thing that really helped. I barely felt buzzed by the time I had sex the second time, but maybe I drank just enough?
2.) I'm aware of the dangers of using SSRIs with alcohol, but not so much about adderall with alcohol. I've read that adderall actually decreases the effects of alcohol while ssris amplify them. What happens if I take anti-depressents, adderall, AND alcohol?
3.) Will adderall by itself help my premature ejaculation?

I feel for you...
SSRI and amphetamine style drugs can be a dangerous combination swim has been told and mixing with alcohol isn't wise either. Swim never had any adderall but knows what it is, he did have yaba and found that it could increase premature ejaculation when taken a small dose and can stop ejaculation when taken loathes. Or stops working completely.. Swim doesn't have a problem with premature ejaculation it can be the opposite at times.. Not good either ! Try to convince the girlfriend that its not her but something else..

He found he lasted longer or can't cum at all on viagra, tramadol, dihydrocodeine, MDMA and alcohol.

He can't cum on heroine and poppy pods.

His little man stops working on coke/crack, meth and yaba when taken a lot.

There might be others swim doesn't think of now..
Been told that benzodiazepines helps with premature ejaculation. Swim can put his mined of sex when he gets close he thinks of something else or blanks his mined kind of thing. The only problem is that he puts his mined on off, it can stay on off and he won't cum.

The swim thing is to avoid self incrimination, you don't have to use swim.. It can be that a homeless person keeps putting letters under your door and you post that on this forum. I can't completely answer all your questions, but mixing all 3 is a very bad idea (as is just the SSRI and the booze). The SWIM thing, while you may find it annoying, is used because of a rule against self incrimination. If you find it difficult to write in the 3rd person, writing something that your friend said directly is acceptable. ie. SWIM said - "I take drugs". The lack of self incrimination rule goes for all substances, legal, illegal or obtained via prescription.

Adderall on it's own would definitely help with premature ejaculation, to the extent that you might struggle to achieve orgasm at all, and this is probably the safest option. Even very small amounts should help.
