What do the following ingredients do and is there any recreational use?
Taurine
L-Carnitine
Inositol
Panax Ginseng

lol they are all jsut made to increase energy. the recrational value of those is very minimal IMO.

vitamin b is the natural enerygy ingrediant. Found by the ton in energy drinks. get some vb pills, and pop a couple. you'll get a rush, but it's not the most enjoyable, then theres a crash.
