Injecting - IV pure powder diazepam

hey all, could be that im just tired and sedated, but i was considering
IV in the future. Lets say Swim has pure diazepam powder (no
filler), and wants to IV. He knows it is not water soliuble(sp)
well slightly, but anyways, what solution would it disolve in? I
figure if it were a small amount (5-10mg) i could use water if it
disolves. Since it has no filler would swim even need to use
cotton to pull up out of? Any help would be great, if i do go
through with it i want it to be as clean as possible. I have 4
un-used syrenges, i plan to clean them with alcohol.

I know that when I was injecting diazepam, I was dissolving it in
water. It didn't completely dissolve, of course, but enough to be able
to draw into a syringe. I wasn't using cotton to draw the solution,
which was very stupid of me, as I ended up with particles of diazepam
in my lungs. I probably should have done more research at the time
about better ways of doing it. I ended up with large abscesses (not
sure of the plural for abscess here, sorry) in my veins, and generally
a lot of pain followed.

-oh, by the way, diazepam via IV, has wonderful effects. Well, it did for me anyway. Just a side note.
