Experiences - Is oxymorphone/OPANA and Diladid the same?

Swim is confused by different things she has read about oxymorphone. Swim was prescribed 20 mg 2x daily of Opana er and 5 mg of IR Opana for breakthrough. Swim has a wee H problem too(not shot it yet) and wondered if swim would be ok (no withdrawal and able to function) if swim just did the opana/oxymorphone. What is the best way for swim to use the opana? SWIM really needs help because it seems her tolerance has shot through the roof on the H,and it is the only thing that seems to make her feel normal again,swim just has depleted the funds on it and is really tired of dealing with slimy dealers who hit on her and think she is stupid.
