Drug info - Meth in Ecstasy Pills ?

SWIM got this white pills with number one on them. Had about 4 and was awake all night and the next day. Normaly this neva happens to SWIM, usualy he gets very paranoid, tried, trippin and just goes to sleep. But this time was very very different, also when SWIM was walking or moving he started coming up again, playing games on xbox was very intresting to, smoking cigs every 10 min, chating a lot. That just reminds him of meth, stuff like this usualy dont happens on ecstasy.
Can meth be in E pills ? or maybe they just full of speed ? also it took like 1 hour to come up of those pills.
