Need help with paranoia induced by "dirty pills" (BZP and methamphetamine)

This past weekend Swim took some dirty pills that contained BZP and Meth. He thought it was MDMA. During the awesome experience, there was about a two hour episode where Swim had panic and anxiety attacks because he thought he was about to pass out and die. Swim's mind was making it real as he was having mini blackout episodes.

Each day afterwards, Swim has endured some episode of massive paranoia, mainly relating to his health. The past two days, after smoking cannabis, Swim became paranoid that he was going to have a heart attack because cannabis speeds up the heart and his heart had already endured lots of damage from the pills he took prior. It was so bad that Swim could feel his heart and left arm ache.

Today, Swim's roommate was telling Swim of an experience he had while taking DXM which he thought was E. He explained to Swim that while on the pill he smelled rotten eggs which made him think he was going to have a stroke. Now Swim is going through a paranoia episode right now relating to that. Swim made the mistake of researching a stroke on wikipedia.

Please help Swim because Swim cannot go on like this.. Swim is tired of the panic attacks and constant anxiety plaguing him. He just wants things to return to normal. Today Swim smoked no Cannabis and plans on not taking any drugs for awhile.

Any help would be appreciated by Swim.

SWIM would suggest that SWIY takes his/her cannabis in very low doses to see if it were possible that they were just doing a bit too much. SWIM really thinks that SWIY is just having simple panic attacks(which many people do while using cannabis...SWIY is not alone) but if SWIY is having these pains while not using or if he/she is truly concerned please have them go to ER as soon as possible. Panic attacks or not, heart attacks are nothing to be taken lightly.

There are benzos that are taken for panic attacks. SWIM will not suggest this though as there could possibly be an underlying medical condition(SWIM doubts it). Before turning to other drugs for anxiety SWIY should truly evaluate their mental and physical well-being. SWIM says SWIY is doing the wise thing by taking it easy for a bit until he/she gets their mind and body clear. Please be careful.

If you are that worried you should seek medical attention, it may be nothing but is it worth risking your life over? As for advice I would agree with you that you should stay away from drugs, even marijuana, at least until your symptoms have improved. I knew a guy who used methamphetamine once and he had to give up marijuana completely afterwards because it would make him freak out. I don't think this is that common but it does happen. Your body and mind a super sensitive on a comedown especially so you need to take care of yourself, get plenty of sleep, eat healthily and keep your fluids up.

Thanks for the replies. Swim used to smoke a lot of cannabis prior to trying the Amphetamine. In fact, not all the time when Swim smoked cannabis after doing the BZP and meth pills did Swim get a panic attack. It is only sometimes because Swim is paranoid about the effects of Cannabis on the heart after those pills did a number to Swim's body.
