Methadone - Tramadol cross tolerance effect?
Swim is curious if Methadone has the same cross tolerance effect with Tramadol as Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, etc?
meaning if swim were to take 10 mg methadone at 7:00 PM on a Monday, would he be able to take a dosage of 350 mg Tramadol at 8:00 AM on the following Tuesday and feel anything?

Tramadol metabolizes into 0-demethyl-tramadol (demethsyl?) which works with opiate receptors in pretty much the same way as other opiates. One would think that the same cross tolerance would apply. One may be wrong however . . .
