It is fairly easy to do this or at least slow yourself down a little more than you may have wanted, so make sure you know how much to take before trying to combine them the night before an exam.

SWiM Combo'd this on his first day of sophomore year.
It was a fun and really amazing day, until the adderall deafness kicked in and SWiM was yelling at people next to him.
