swim's finally perfected the art of smoking duragesic fentanyl patches
it took him forever but now that he's got it down its quickly become one of his favorite ways to get high
2 or 3 hits is all that it needs to get swim noddin

Could you expand on your method?

i'll go ahead and expand on the method my dear friend came up with

he first got some tin foil and got his patch then cut the edge of the patch of so he could squeeze it out in tiny globs no bigger than a bb
then just put a blob of gel onto the foil and smear it around in a small circle now at first he tried using a lighter but found that he couldnt keep the lighter where he needed to as he would unknowingly move it towards the foil and burn the shit out of it
so he used a candle and held the foil about 4 or 5 inches away from the flame and held it there he then got a short pen tube he keeps for just such an occasion and holds it as close to the foil as he can without the plastic tube melting and he inhales as the gel starts to bubble and sizzle

first time he got it right he inhaled waaay too much and puked constantly for about an hour
be careful its really easy to get too much
swim doesnt recommend anyone doing this if they dont have a decent tolerance built up
and you'll probably waste a patch or 2 before you get it down right its kinda tricky

if u start to get a wicked head rush then stop you've already taken too much and you can bet you'll be puking
