Smoking - Experience: Smoking Tussionex off foil

Let's get the boring part out of the way... smoking off tin foil is bad for you, smoking hydrocodone polistirex is smoking a type of plastic polymer which is probably bad for you.

So swim loves smoking oc 80s and he likes to go to the friendly doctor for his frequent prescriptions of histinex hc (hydocodone cough syrup). Recently that drug has had its FDA apprival pulled or something so every pharmacy was out. Instead this time she prescribed tussionex which is hydrocodone polistirex and chlorphenermine polistirex. Each 5ml had 10 mg of hydrocodone polistirex and I forget the amount of chlorphenerine.

Anyone familier with DXM will know that Delsym is DXM polistirex and while Robitussin and the others are DXM hydrobromide. The DXM is generally prefered because its faster onset of action, higher peak level effects, and shorter overall duration. According to swim, hydrocodone polistirex is quite pleasant because it lasts up to six hours after an admittedly slower onset (45 minutes till first effects but can be much faster if mixed in liquid; swim used seira mist).

Swim decided to try smoking tussionex off of tin foil to see how it worked.

Process:

3ml Tussionex measured out with a syringe (no needle) given by the pharmacist.

3ml Tussionex dispensed onto the flattened piece of foil (shiny side down).

Hold lighter flame under Tussionex covered portion of tin foil (about a quarter inch below) and boil off liquid until signicant smoke begins appearing.

Place a straw in mouth, hold lighter flame under Tussionex in the same maner as before except use the lighter to make the Tussionex slide down the foil as it produces smoke. The user inhales this smoke through the straw and holds it in as long as possible before exhaling.

Repeat last step until satisfied or material is all smoked up.

Result:
Success! Swim found the smoke to taste relatively good although somewhat harsh. Effects were present as soon as smoke was exhaled and were similar to smoked hydrocodone (via cold water extraction on vicodin and exaporation to nearly pure hydrocodone) and smoked oxycodone (via smoked OC 80 or cold water extracted percocet and evaporation) off of tin foil.

Swim didn't know that hydrocodone was active at ~2mg-3mg.Maybe you should try it again just to make sure it wasn't just placebo...
