Side effects - Muscle Spasms

SWIM is experiencing small frequent muscle spasms, and would like to know how common they are. SWIM had 5 pills on NYE.

Do you know what the pills contained or did you test them? MDMA can induce muscle twitching/spasms in some people but it seems quite rare, it has been more commonly associated with Piperazines. Little fishy has experienced this with BZP/TMFPP and more mildly with mCPP even at fairly low doses.

The UK pill market quality is as low as I have ever seen it at the moment. Best to source some crystal MDMA if possible.

EDIT: ^ What I wrote above only applies if SWIY is under the influence of the drug, do you mean SWIY is still having these spasms days after the drug use? If so then I am not too sure...

Thankfully SWIM's spasms have now stopped. SWIM had these spasms for two days after ingestion; SWIM is positive they contained MDMA but doesn't have a fucking clue what else.

SWIMs friend also got these spasms or twitching from pure MDMA crystals, so SWIM doesnt think its something that was in the pill, SWIM believes its from the MDMA.

This is a sign of overstimulation of the nervous system and certain brain neurons. Dont worry, overstimualtion is what MDMA does, and why it feels so great. Even only mild doses of MDMA can cause it, swim got it for a week or so before, along with little random vibrations in his muscles under the skin which are slightly different but also weird. Usually more common with BZP, but some people do get it with MDMA too. Multivitamins and minerals are probably a good idea.

I have now had my spasms...24/7//365 for 4 years now. Non stop...it has cost me a pretty penny in DR.fees to establish that it not the feared ALS. Sames syptoms. Some people feel there is a link between neurotoxin(like mdma) and motor neuron syndrome(MNS).
Make sure that it IS the 'effects' of 'xtc' BEFORE ruling out other more serious muscle issues especially if there are familial histories etc ;-) .. If you present with persistent twitching for longer than a month, its time to face the doctor.
