It's Salvia Divonorum, als called Mexican Mint, you have to smoke it, it gives a trip with a short duration of about 20 minutes.

Sacred Basil is not Salvia divinorum:

Ocimum tenuiflorum (also known as Ocimum sanctum, Holy Basil, Sacred Basil, Tulsi, Tulasi), is an aromatic plant in the family Lamiaceae.
