Experiences - LSD+MD**, then 2C-B

Hello all, I was contemplating the other day and I recalled a story that a friend once told me about an experience he had at a rave that involved chiefly LSD, MD**, and 2C-B. He told me this (his words, not mine):

I took 2 hits of LSD around 10 pm that night and shortly entered into a very strange sort of in-between state of consciousness. It was definitely not a normal (as if there is such a thing, but you get the idea) full blown LSD experience, but it was definitely non-ordinary to a +2 on the Shulgin scale.

I then decided to take 1 pill of some high quality MD**. It was sold as pure MDMA, but the effects told me that it was heavy on the MDA side and was quite possibly a mixture of MDMA:MDA in maybe a 1:3 ratio. Interoception is a wonderful thing.

Anyways, the combination started to do funny things in my body, I was getting feverish. MDA has never sat well with me and the L I had taken earlier had already put me into an odd state. I kept getting hotter and hotter even though I was just chilling on a blanket in the cool air and drinking ice cold water by the pint. I was sweating buckets and starting to get concerned for my physical well-being when I was presented with the opportunity to take a small dose (~15 mg) of 2C-B. Despite my physical condition I wasn't really very high and I decided to take the drug as it was novel to me and I had pursued it for years.

As ill-advised as it was to take a novel drug in such a physical state, I noticed on the come-up that I was cooling off. By the time I had arrived fully at the top of the 2C-B state my skin was dry and cool to the touch and my physical and subsequently mental well-being had fully recovered. I proceeded to party all night long and even had a chance to indulge in a smallish dose of 5-MeO-DiPT (Foxy Methoxy). It turned out an excellent night.

/End story, my friend tells me that he does not understand why the 2C-B had the anti-pyretic effect that it did but that he is sure that 2C-B was the causal factor in his somewhat miraculous recovery.

I thought you guys might like to hear this novel story of a serendipitous drug combination. Your thoughts?
