Pharmacology - easiest way to hurt oneself for pain meds

two days ago a friend of mine took a wrench to her wrist, trying to break it in hopes of getting pain meds. Needless to say, it was just a nasty sprain and only got her tylenol. Has anyone ever heard of an easy way to legitimately hurt oneself for pain meds?

Nobody is going to give swiy advice on how to harm oneself so swiy can get painkillers. Its a 100% irresponsible and uncalled for to ask such a thing from other people! In addition to that I advice to get into some serious introspection about the nature of the question swiy just posted.
