Why is it that it sometimes comes in different colours? Is there any difference between the different colours?

The difference in colours in MDMA crystals as A Certain Mouse understands it comes from the manufacturing process & impurities left after the final wash. As a rule he tells me it does not affect the product adversely.

If the bought product is already powdered then there may be more cause for concern, as powder is blatantly easier to cut than crystals.

Note that white powder does not necessarily mean a pure product, many byproducts and adulterants are also white. The best way to gauge your purity is by smell, pure MDMA should have no smell.

My dog informs me that if one is unsure about the quality of a product the best way to purify the sample would be an acetone wash and recrystallization of the sample.
